Shipping Information

Eligibility to Purchase
The purchase of merchandise through MAGENTA is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Internet in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.

For your security, be aware that first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently. To avoid delays on processing your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder's name is written as it appears on the card.

Shipment Policies
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.

Acceptance of your order will processed upon completion of the packing of your order. Once finished, we ship your order with a second email containing a confirmation of delivery as well as a tracking number.

We reserve the right to not accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out within the TOS. Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removed, screened, or edited in content on the site.

If the package is not delivered successfully to your address as a result of a lack of cooperation (absence from location, incorrect address, wrong telephone number), the package is subject to being sent back to Magenta Couture at the client’s expense. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

Estimated Time of Transit
Orders are shipped from Magenta Couture’s location in Boca Raton, FL on Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 AM-to-8PM, as well as Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 7 PM. Orders placed after operating hours will be processed the next morning of the next day.

Upon dispatch within the United States and Canada, all orders are expected to ship within 1-to-3 business days. Magenta Couture waives liability for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions and all extenuating circumstances beyond the control of Magenta Couture.

Orders with items already available will be shipped on the first business day following completion.

During sales and special promotions, shipping times may be delayed in the event of overwhelming demand. Magenta Couture reserves the right to delay dispatch in the case of unforeseen circumstances.

Pre-ordered items will be shipped immediately upon arrival.

Upon delivery, you are asked to inspect the box carefully before signing for delivery. If for any reason the package appears tampered or compromised, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the delivery. In the event a package has been signed with an unauthorized signature, or with evidence of tampering, you are advised to open a claim immediately with our customer service department.

All shipments from Magenta Couture are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to you. Once the shipment reaches intended address, and is signed for, the goods are no longer insured.

Insurance and Delivery
Magenta Couture insures each purchase during the time in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point the responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Magenta Couture and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

The signature can be waived for domestic orders dispatched via UPS. When placing an order, the signature requirement is set by default; however, you can update your preference on the shipping page before proceeding to purchase. Please note, that if no signature is collected, you agree to our terms and conditions and, confirm that Magenta Couture can leave your package(s) outside the premises at the shipping address provided by you without obtaining a signature for proof of delivery. You authorize Magenta Couture to leave the package(s) at the shipping address without obtaining a signature and release and indemnify Magenta from liability for any loss or damage that may result from leaving the
package(s) at your shipping address without obtaining a signature.

Please note that Magenta Couture aims to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, or 48 hours during sale periods. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
