Returns and Exchanges

We strive for satisfaction. For whatever reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your returned items for a size exchange or store credit within 14 business days of the delivery date. Please note that the security note and original packing slip must be intact with the returned items.

To request a return, login to your account on the Magenta Couture website and access your Order History. Select the order number containing the items which you wish to return. Click on the Return/Exchange button and choose the reason why you wish to send back your order. If your item was delivered faulty, damaged, or defective, please explain in detail. If you wish to exchange the item for one of a different size, please indicate the replacement size you would like to have shipped. 

Sales items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Sale items must be received back to MAGENTA within 14 business days of order date, and follow the same qualifications as returns on non-sale items (detailed above). 

Refunds will be administered via the original payment method used as soon as the returned items have been checked and accepted by Magenta Couture. Processing time may vary depending on the customer’s credit card company. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.

For refunds issued in Store Credit, as soon as the return has been processed, the customer will receive a code for the total value of the returned items. The code may be used for credit within the Magenta Couture store.  Store Credit can only be used once on a future order occurring within three months of the return. Store Credit is not cumulative with any pre-existing store credits accrued from othe returns. Store credit must be used entirely on an order of equal or greater value.

Standard shipping rates apply. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Restock fees may apply.

Returning Online Merchandise by Mail
On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason for return and whether you wish to exchange the item or receive a store credit or refund.

Please allow 10 to 14 business days for the processing of your return.
All precious jewelry must be returned within 14 business days from the date of receipt and must include all original documentation. Return/exchange policies for specific items will be noted on the packing slip on that item. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition.

Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.

Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Magenta Couture reserves the right to refuse returns not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
