Do I need to register?
To place an order on the site you will need to register. Registration with Magenta Couture offers the following benefits:

Tracking of orders.
Reviewing order history.
Request returns and exchanges directly from the Magenta Couture website. 
Create a Wish List and reserve sold out and upcoming items and products.
Receive email alerts for availability of Wish List items, exclusive promotions, and the release of a new seasonal Lookbook. 
Securely save your address and payment details for a streamlined shopping experience.

To create an account, simply click REGISTER on the top right and fill in your details.

What about my personal information?
Magenta Couture keeps your information private and confidential. At no point do we share any of your information with any third parties. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express credit and debit cards. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. All payments are processed through our secure checkout system. First-time orders must also be sent to the cardholder's billing address. This process is not only for your security but so we can verify your details independently.

Are My Orders Insured?
We’ve got your back. All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage when in transit from our store to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for, it is no longer covered.

Can I ship to Multiple Addresses?
We are only able to deliver to one address. If you would like to have your purchases sent to multiple addresses, you will have to place a separate order for each destination.

Can I alter my order once it has been placed?
Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch you can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details through your account. Unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders or add items to an already-processed order once it has been placed. For any questions, please contact customer care at (561) 600-8560 during our regular business hours.

How can I track my order?
Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email containing the tracking information of your package. If you have registered an account with us, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and reviewing your Order Status.

How do I return or exchange an item?
You have 30 days upon arrival to decide whether to keep your items. Simply request a return from your amount and send the item(s) back to us.

For full instructions, please refer to our Returns and Exchange policy.
For orders within US and Canada, the full amount, including sales tax will be refunded. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Does Magenta Couture have seasonal sales and specials?
Of course Magenta Couture has seasonal sales. By registering with us and subscribing to our email alerts, you will be notified of all new releases and specials.
